Lift?

To lift or not to lift that is the question haha. I just wanna see if any of you have any lifts on the old Fords? I am wanting to throw about a 4inch on mine I think. currently have a 2inch and not liking it like I should. Got pics? Wife supposed to upload some for me soon so ya'll can check it out..
