You can put them on there, but you will have really bad negative camber and alignment will be next to impossible. The correct way to obtain that much front drop would be to use 2" drop coils and get new control arms for 2 more inches of drop

I have three inch drop springs on mine and they have given me no problems. My tires seem to hold up pretty good havent noticed any wear yet.

OBXrangerXLT if you want a 4inch drop in front. best thing to do is do a 4/5 and get both upper and lower control arms...
yoshtin(josh) if you put 3inch dropsprings and drop upper and lower control arms you will only get a 5inch drop.
no one makes a drop spindle for the ranger.
out if your wanting a 6-7 drop . best then to do is flip your hanger,
and get a flip kit. fliping your hanger will give you 2-3 inchs of drop.
