| so MuCh cOnfUsiOn!! Ok im planning on dropping my 1990 XLT 2wd 4cyl, but ive heard so many different options on doing it. I know that flipping the leafs will lower the rear, but what about the front? Will lowering coils only drop the front? what are the all expensive i beams i've been hearing about for? are they necessary to lower the truck, or does it just maintain the factory ride? PLEASE HELP!!! |

| If you want to keep camber good on front end you need the drop beams($$). If you try and just do springs the tires will lay over(negative camber), not good for tire wear. The back you just have to flip the axle, put it on top of leaves. That usually lowers the back, the thickness of springs and axle. If you lift it you would need new beams also! |

| ok springs are good but like screw said ur camber will be way off. go with beams either djm(the best imo) or chassis tech. if ur gonna bagg it later go djm. in the rear just use a flip kit, its really easy to put in moved to suspension
