Hello

The old farmer here, just joined.
Am currently restoring and modifying a '47 Mercury pickup.
Basically a Ford truck with special trim and chrome. Looking for a grille if anyone knows of one. These are horizontal pieces, not the jailbrs of the Ford.
Greetings all.

Re: Hello

Welcome. :wavey: You will find this to be a very friendly and VISUAL board. So when you get the chance, how about some photos.

Define "OLD" please. So I know weather to address you as "sir" or "sonny."

Re: Hello

old=turning 50 years old. Not really old, but since my work mates are 30 and under, well they think of me as old.

Re: Hello

Welcome to another SEASONED rodder. I'm know'n as "oldskool". Love the early stuff. When you go out and drop a bundle on say a new Saleen or vette your not a rodder. Taking something from the past and bringing up todate say's more about the person than the check book.
Love to see pictures. And if I run across anything I will pass it on.
