1956 292 Y-block ECZ-C heads and OD trans complete except for generator,Located in Phoenix,AZ $450 Or OBO

You might try posting the motor and trans on www.y-blocksforever.com . I am probably the only person on this site interested in the old motors.

Unhappy Y-Block

I guess y-blocksforever.com were not forever after all, the site went dead.(R.I.P.) Thanks any way,I listed it on some of the T-bird sites and Fordbarn and got a few hits but no one serious yet.

46 your not the only Y-Block lover. I had a 56 Wagon with the 292 with OD. Man loved that Wagon. The 292 or 312 are great small blocks in my book.

Hey .... I'm new here and don't know if I am supposed to do an intro. My question is, do you know any numbers off the overdrive . or maybe just what the engine and transmission come out of? Thanks

The 292 was sold I still have the Overdrive,flywheel,clutch,linkage and pedals,bell housing $250 buys it all.Send me a pm with email address and pics will be sent showing numbers.
