What is the true nature of "the body kit" anyway? Is it for aerodynamics? Is it for more airflow? I'm guessing it's just to make us puke because most if not all the kits out there only serve to "enhance" the aging look of a vehicle.
Honestly, I would rather have a dated vehicle than a big mouth bass like that Pontiac in the first post. When in our lives do these kits ever look good?
There are only a few kits out there that have any real use or purpose and they are usually one offs.
Well, at least it's not half assed.

It's not just the body kit, the wheels are gross too. Who builds these kits? The money would have been better spent on engine upgrades. Then he'd have something to show-off. Cosmetics should be the LAST thing on your shopping list, if at all.

The real beginnings of the "body kit" was to make the car look lowered without having to get under the car and mess with the suspension. Quite gay, but then they also added the "aggressiveness" to the looks of them to make them look like race cars (or so they think).

Curious, while this isn't real excessive, would this be considered rice??

One more time....lol I just can't grasp posting pics i guess!

Also, lambo doors should never be put on trucks. Some cars can carry off the conversion though.

i dont like any truck that is anything but a work truck w/ the exception of the lightning. since the lightning is a reg cab side step truck it can hardly be used for work anyways.

haha reminds me of what i see here, now that i moved to WV, there are hardly any imports but the amount of domestic rice is staggering.

I saw an intrepid the other day with a park bench spoiler with skull hood ornaments adorning the spoiler pillars. Ugh. Not to mention the couple econo-chevys with gigantic plastic wings.

But theres still some import rice. Out on a drive to pick up some stuff at a parts place, I saw a civic with all the performance stickers, a SOHC VTEC sticker, a NOS sticker, and on and on. I could hardly drive I was laughing so much.
