Yes its true, my patience is running very thin these days with alot of things and its time for a good ole fashioned fucking rant...


So i have this job, its cool cause it lets me work on my sites, while at work and get paid for working on my sites, not a problem i actually kinda like it, and this is on of the reasons... one of the few.

One time, I had a server and was going to start a small hosting company with it right, well the server people called my office for me one day, and i wasnt there, he got the phone took the message and asked me what it was all about, i tell him and he says "Hey, let me make the server payment, and i'll take all profits from it, while you do all the work, the late nights and get 0 raise from it" Well i'm a little smarter here, and take it to the man on this, I let him take the $250 at the time server payment, sold about 3 packages and called it a fucking day, and just used it for my entertainment, purposes, until one day shit started fucking up and knowing i didnt do it he was on there just enabling and disabling shit at random, long story short, i promptly got another server and moved to it(current home), Final savings ~$400 for myself on operating expenses, final costs ~$900 on downtime, fucked up shit, 3 sleepless nights moving and worring about shit not working :madfawk:

Now fast forward to the previous month, after being under a couple tight dead lines for not my projects, but for my bosses projects at a consulting firm I had to do becuase he is a douche and took on to many projects at once (and he is a idiot, and doesnt know shit about editing video and the such, yet he told them he'd do it :madfawk:) So chalk that up at atleast $55 an hour for his pay check, my pay check... $250 a week still :madfawk: number one,

Then he has the balls to bitch that it isnt good enough/not fucking perfect for the fucking first revision :madfawk: So i spend get this, you ready 25 straight fucking hours at work, in a shit hole office working to fix all these little imperfections. Stupid me thinking hey a nice little bonus will come my way for putting about 60 hours into a 3 day project, do the math at 60*55 = you got it, over 3 fucking grand for him off my hard work, what do i get at the end of the week, after cramming more fucking work in, la de da $100 40 of which went for gas home :madfawk: :madfawk:

Now thats where shit really start to go down hill with me, realizing what a money hungry peice of cow shit this guy is turning out to be, he's about to bite the proverbial business bullet when i leave with my knowledge for greener pastures. So now we are up to last week in my little time line, going thru a hard time with a sudden passing of a close family member, He bitches and moans i couldnt go to alabama as planned for this photoshoot because i had a funeral to attend, and i was suppose to have the following monday off as no one would be in the office right? No i get this shitty email from him telling me i better be at work monday at 11am exactly or face a pay cut, We dont pay you to come in at 12 and leave at 6-7. Before i could show up at 12 and long as i worked till 6-7 to make up for it it was alright, not to count if i worked till 1-2 like i did most the time to make sure shit was done on time and looked good that was fine. So i'm like ok, Im not one to deal with to much of the same bullshit over and over I show up to work at 11, to catch up on all the shit i had to miss out on for the funeral right. Well Monday he's like, we need you to stay till atleast most this is done, and i laugh and say, "Sorry, i dont get paid after 5. I think i'll be at home drinking a beer, watching football replays" 5 rolls around, I split. dont even think twice about it.

Now he's pissed, beyond pissed, he calls me up at 9:46 leaves a voice mail. "My email isnt working, i need you to come in and fix whatever is wrong with it right now" I prompty call back "Thank you for calling the Help Desk, Our hours of operation are 11am till 5pm, we dont get paid after that. Please try again then" And i hang up.

Needless to say, he didnt find that amusing, so he's outta the office for the next 3 days, I thought maybe a heart attack finally killed the bastard, but i was wrong, he was out on a project for the cuntsulting firm, i'll have to edit and shit. Anyway he gets back, sits down for hmm maybe 4 minutes and says to me with a straight face mind you.. "I'm going to be making some changes in the company, and i'll be letting some people go" Now i'm like awesome, i'll get fired along with the only other person who works with us, the secretary. Fuck i was wrong "I think i'm going to fire Julie next week, and i'll need you to come to Virginia Sunday thru Thursday, and you will be in Ohio Friday Saturday and Half the day sunday shooting all weekend... I look at him, chuckle and turn back around in my computer chair thinking its some sort of sick fucking joke, He then says i'm serious David, Listen to me.

He doesnt say anything fucking remotely intelligent to me. I ask the following question, Well how much does your secratary make, He says thats none of my concern, Ok i agree, but its pertinent to my next question, Which was "How much will i start to make" which he promptly replies, $300, and you have to be at work every day at 10am.. Now i swear to god, my blood pressure jumped about 15 points while my blood filled with laughter, I go You're only paying your secretary $50 a week man, I know you're a tight ass but thats a bit much dont you think? He goes no i pay her more then that, but thats all you're getting in a raise to. I say to my boss, "You've got to be fucking kidding me?!? I make the equivelent of a fucking McDonalds worker, minus the health care and education package, and you've got the balls to ask me that, are you on fucking heroin or what." His reply, "What you dont like that idea" I'm in fucking tears of laughter, and angered like a mother fucker straight outta hell at this point to where i nearly fucking left right there. I say its going to cost you fucking atleast $750 a week, which he replies noway. I tell him ok fire you're secretary then, and wait for me to come down. While you're at it you may want to keep fucking dreaming cause it'll be a long fucking time before i get there.

Now he's like ok, lets work something out, and i'm like no I dont want whatever the fuck you think you can offer me. I tell him he's got till next pay check to increase my pay becuase i can go work at McDonalds and get paid more with less fucking responsibility and still have a life, He then offers me a whopping $300 a week, and i have to be at work at 10am, I'm like dude, what the fuck didnt you just offer me that and i told you to pound salt on it, and he's like yea. Then the fucking cock leech hangs up the fucking phone on me :madfawk:
