It's because all those damn Mexican Prairie dogs jumped the border, and came up here! The bastards! :madfawk: The worst part is, they don't pay taxes or have insurance. :noplease:

I shoot squirrels with my bow for fun. It's great, peg them to a tree 50 feet up and watch them dangle for a while.

I've also pull out broadheads and wack them.

You bastards are cruel fuckers.

I shot that little prairie dog with my ever handy Five.seveN. Didn't feel like reacing for the .22 rifle in the rack for a mere 50 yard shot. One shot one kill, gentlemen. Learn it, and live by it, cause when you run out of it in combat, ammo is more priceless than air.

Its PRAIRIE. Jesus.

Two great websites for the spelling impaired.

www.dictionary.com

www.m-w.com

EDIT: I didn't see that DO had put the proper spelling in his post. That being said, I still recommend the above websites if you're not sure. Rather than make yourself look like a retard, put in a little extra effort.

Groundhogs (same thing, essentially) make good gravy for biscuits. Never sold our groundhogs because we ate them, but I did trap muskrats to sell the pelts when I was a boy.

Never heard of that before. What do they taste like? Is it a tender meat or is it more tough?

You ate prairie dogs? The same animal that carries a multitude of diseases, to include lepracy?

Prairie Dogs do NOT = Groundhogs.

Groundhogs are alot bigger, fatter, and generally less of a pain in the ass.

Well, I said "essentially". I know they're not exactly the same, but in the way that most people lump a mouse and a rat together. I don't know what, exactly, all the differences between them are.
