What is the fastest you have been in a Ford?

I'll start and I'm sure I will be put to shame real quick.

108 MPH

118..T-bird
128..F150(approx., i put a new chip on truck & it was to be limited at 128....i hit the limit)

I love speed, i will say though, i've never ran at speed in a crowd. I'd never chance harm on anyone else.

If I remember correctly it was a long stretch of 2 lane blacktop. Although my favorite Stang that I've owned is pictured below....1971 Mach 1 429 CJ, 4-speed, 4.10 gears and all the factory goodies.

120km/h (not sure what that is in MPH - I'm assuming around 70). I'm a bit of a wimp. Unfortunately there aren't any good quiet stretches of road around here, so I've never really had the chance to put my Territory "to the test".

I've gone 100+ in my old Ford truck.
My brother liked the speed but I didn't.
Ford is the only durable, long lasting automobile I've ever had.
I'd prefer not to ruin it with speed.

If the spedo goes that fast.... the car was built to go that fast. As long as you've got plenty of oil in there and you aren't ragging it out its not like you are hurting it.

 140kph in a Ford GT Heritage, during a PDI roadtest, I would have liked to do better but the dealer owner was the co-pilot. This piece of equipment is built very effectively to do excessive speeds.

Re: What is the fastest you have been in a Ford?

XFT,

Are there specially trained Ford Techs who know how to work on that vehicle? Or can you drop at off at the dealership and I would assume the most senior tech would work on it???

Got any pics of the GT you were in?
