I was a Forest Management major at NC State. Graduated May 01. Now I work in GIS/GPS (mapping, in case you don't recognize the acronyms) for the University.

I have been going to college for 4 years until now. I quit this semester to try to get hired as a police officer outside of Dallas. It has been hard as these jobs are competitive, but I am almost sure I will be hired soon. It feels strange to not finish school, but I intend to finish my bach. degree as soon as I get hired and can go to school around work.

I'm on my second week of ADN (RN) Nursing school, and it's been tough so far. I will be going full time for the next two years, without any breaks in between . After I get my associates degree, I hope to get into a Flight Nurse program or something similiar. I won't have any trouble finding a job when I'm through, because there are already hospitals trying to recruit every member of my class. I chose the health care field because I'll always have a job, and I won't have to settle on something that I don't like. Good luck to all you guys on you career choices. Take care. Darby
