I have 2 Ford transmissions for sale and both are located in S.E. Florida. Buyer pays shipping, but I will handle the legwork to get them sent out. If you're in S. FL I can likely deliver either or both. I'm also willing to deal, pricewise, as these are cluttering my garage.
1 is a 5 speed (T-45) out of a 98 Mustang GT. This model was used from 1996 into 2000. It doesn't fit V6 models, but it does fit Cobras. I'm asking $400. I would also recommend a replacement of synchronizers before installation, but it did work upon removal, in every gear.
The 2nd is an AOD from a 1993 Mustang GT. This transmission has a shift kit already installed and comes with the torque converter as well as the shifter and all it's components. It has less than 400 miles on it, but was removed in favor of a 5 speed. The T.V. cable is also attached. This would be a direct bolt in with everything needed. As far as I know, it's 100% complete and ready to install. The only thing not here is the flexplate, which usually cost less than $100. Remanufactured, in stock form, the transmission alone, with no accessories sells for well over $1,000 and usually over $1,100 from anywhere. Add in the converter and other parts needed, it would easily be over $1,500. I'm asking $700 for this. If you're looking for some other transmission and can't find one, let me know. I actually have 1 more for sale currently, but it's for a GM. However, I talk to people about transmissions often and can probably find any for a Ford or GM RWD car that may be needed. I'm far more into Fords though.
