I have a Proform model 970 crosstrainer that I really need to sell before I move in 1 month. It is a recumbent exercise bike + the seat folds down into a bench for weight training. It also comes with 3 different small hand weights.

please if anyone here knows someone who could use this to get a good cardio workout let me know.
