Need a new car

So i figured I'd ask for opinions. Heres a list of preferences:

car or truck
98 or newer
Cheap to insure
less than $9k
good mpg
cheap to make go fast or has good performance out of the box(car) or..
can move out of its own way(truck)

i know some of thats oxymoronic asking for a cheap fast car....but i dont want to be driving some POS that cant move out of its own way.

reason im in the market, just got kicked out of the house and my truck with its shittiness, high mileage, and crappy mpg wont be cutting it.

Fucking sucks. :dunno:

How about a 98 Acura Integra GSR with 100K or so. It meets some of those requirements.

Neon

cheap, handles well(at least the 1st gen ones do, don't know about the 2nd gen),insurance is low, plus they have quite a large performance aftermarket.
