The title says most of it...! What is the car that you expected the most (or at least something from it) and turned out to be a freaking lame ass car... :tantrum:

For myself I kinda dislike the fifth/sixth gen of Monte Carlo, but mostly the sixth, they are pretty neat on the outside quite comfortable, but they are freaking lame on everything else, handles like a freaking fat ass car from the sixties and are pretty lame performance wise (at least it's sister the GrandPrix came with the GTP version sooner than it to give it a kick in the ass to move that fat 3500lbs car) Even my 3650lbs crown vic handles and move better than it and was not meant that much for performance...! On the track I usually go I raced a Monte SS sixth gen (non-supercharged) and I was expecting a close race, but ended by a total kill, so since that moment I really hated it more!

I raced a camaro at a red light with SS badges on it, and it was a fucking v6.

I see so many civic CX hatches with DOHC VTEC slapped on the side. If its not that then its a bunch Type R badges I saw all over a 4 door integra.

i saw a Celica GT4 today, ohh wait.... thats mine :laugh: 0-60 in 7 seconds... I can make that sooo much better. time to bust out the cheque book.

just need to get her running on 1.25 Bar boost and i can reach 152mph in about 15 seconds

But seriously tho who does that lol. It was a celica gt. It had the gt emblem and then on the other side of it, it had a GTR emblem

true, there were really only 3 gt models, the GT, the GTS, and the GT4.

nice cars the older yodas are. hence why i have one. im loveing the turbo. Lots of grunt, none of that V8 weight soon to have the V8 power tho.

i'm not sure what my biggest disappointment would be. but what came to mind right away is the dodge caliber. on the outside, i love them, but trying to see out of one to back up or park at all is as hard as seeing thru a paper bag.

my '79 civic was LAME..

and most GMs from the mid 90s to about 2005 or so.. horrible quality control, fisher-price insipred interiors, fuel pumps that require changing every 3 months or 3,000 miles, although most of their engines were pretty reliable, their electronics sucked ass, and then there were 2 gernage engines.. 3100/3400 series, and 2.3/2.4 Quad series engines. what amazes me is that the predecessor to the 3100/3400 is the 2.8 and 3.1 multiports.. now these engines were strong and reliable, other than the ocassional failing fuel regulator.
