Won't Start

I Shut Car Off In Town And Wouldn't Restart.towed Home And 2 Hrs Later It Started.shut Off Came Back Hr. Later Wouldn't Start Anymore.replced The Coil And Fty..still No Start.before Replacing Had No Spark.do Now. If Take Pocket Scew Driver To Full Line It Stays Fuel Real Strog.i Sprayed Start Fluid Direct Into Intake Runner At Engine And Car Runs Off The Start Fluid.i Did Notice That With Key On The Box Under Fan Should[radiator Cover]by The Batt. Is Buzzing Load The Whole Time Key Is On.whats This Box And Should It Be Buzzing[never Noticed Befor]and Can This Box Keep Car From Starting..need Help Here.only Car I Have ..must Fix It Asap.

won't start still need help bad

found the TFI and replaced it and ign coil.still no start.i took small hard line[vent for air box i think OFF INTAKE HOSE AND SPRAYED STARTING FLUID INTO INTAKE[AFTER maf]it tried to run as long as i sprayed with starting fluid.this told me i have a fuel problum.don't have a fuel pressure gauge to check that.can hear pump run when turning key on and off.changed fuel filter with still no start.can i get to tank fuel pump without droping tank.i've heard that some cars have a access lid in floor pan or trunk pan to get to pump without droping tank.i have a 1994 cont sig series car
