touge = canyon racing. this form of racing started in japan and has moved to the US. i had to try it on mmy way back from the lake. i will tell you one thing. i know now why it is gaining popularity. curvy mountain roads, cliffs speeds of up to 100 in a 25 zone. it was awesome, here are the vids
