Well people I just bought a factory spoiler for a Shadow on eBay(Its even the same color as my car) and was wondering something. Does putting a wing on your car that didnt originally have one automatically make it rice? I mean this wing is factory and is MADE for Shadows. So I personally dont think so.

Its not like im putting a huge aluminum wing on. :n00b:

not rice, and why would it matter?? lol if you like it, its your car! My last car had tail light covers and in-dash neons! May be ricey to some, but it was still my car...

I agree, on the "not rice" comments. It will definitely give it a sportier look.

the lines are similar to my car, a stock spoiler will give the back a nice look.

to give you an idea.

Just because it's a big aluminum wing doesn't make it rice. A big wing of any kind of a FWD car is rice.

what about a decent wing (non-stock) on a RWD, i never really considered that rice unless it was completely over the top huge, or one of those gigantic plastic ones

the park bench looking spoilers are what i consider rice.

I'm sorry, but I consider anything too far from stock wings rice.
Stock wings usually flow with the lines of the car. Aftermarket wings don't. Just my .02

not rice.. i loved my stock spoiler on my toyota camry. Was going to put a aluminum one on it wen i went through my ricer stage, but luckily i got my 04 gt.

And yes that is tape on the bumper, I was in an accident last year January.
