I'm sorry... I'm confused. 99.99% of cars out there to shame? In a Subaru? A station wagon at that? Are you on crack?

Aside from a lot of suspension work, and a little motor performance work (by way or a tune and a BOV), I don't see how this car can put 99.99% of cars out there to shame.

Eh. To each his own, as long as you like it.

Neither are brake pads. Car does look good though.

I'm with DO though. That's a rather bold statement to make and one that would be rather hard to measure.

Oh, and that's a terribly craptacular mounting job for that Remove V-1 module.

Not bad! For a station wagon! Seriously, it's looking very nice!

Is it going to put the other car out of shame because it's a station wagon?! I'm sure I'm getting funnier look when I outrun someone with my grand pa car!

It runs to 60 in 4.5 seconds.:hbang:

Dont under estimate the 2.5 with a big turbo.

plus,,, 99% of cars on the road dont run high 12's in 1/4. You should know that DO.

Yawn.

Big Turbo? Last time I checked, a bigger turbo is generally considered a mod. How come it's not listed, in your mods list, hmm? Surely, you forgot to list such an important modification because you were so excited about listing a cargo mat as a mod, right?

Furthermore, what kind of a turbo is this? Big turbos are generally slower to spool up. AKA they are better for top end, not low end 0-60.

Oh please, are you telling me only 1% of cars on the road are high 12second 1/4 mile cars?

Sorry, Im not buying this until I see a video of this car breaking high 12s at the track. I say video, because in this day and age a timeslip can so easily be forged, it aint even funny.

Nice Legacy. I looked into the XT/Turbo 2.5's but I think I'm going to go with an H6 instead. Plus I like the ground clearance so I'll probably stick with an Outback. I was looking into the refaced 08 models (which are frickin sweet) but think that when those come out I can probably score a great deal on an 05/06.

I'm also thinking about keeping my OBS and putting Forester springs on it, then swapping out the 17s for my old steely 15s and a set of 27s.

THere is no turbo upgrade, its a VF40

I think you just find it hard to except the fact that a 4cyl turbo is fast.

Vids will come on fathers day when the track opens

I have seen plenty of 4 cylinder cars that are "fast" as you call it. I don't find it hard to accept the fact 4 poppers can be "fast". I just don't like the tin metal they are surrounded with.

As I said before, I hope you enjoy your car. I, on the other hand will stick to big, heavy, smooth riding, comfortable, LUXURY cars. Tin cans with a motor inside them don't do much for me... no matter how "fast" they may be.
