Then & Now

So, saw this idea on another forum and thought it was kind of fun. Post pictures of your ride when you first got it before any mods. And then post pics of it in it's latest form.

Here's what she looked like on the outside when I got her:

And what she looks like now (windows tinted since picture):

What the interior looked like when I started:

And what it looks like now:

We painted the dash with Krylon's new plastic paint. Figured would try it and see how it turned out. I do have a black dash for it, but came out of a '90 model and some things are a little different and didn't feel like wrestling with it. The rest of the interior was enough. Came out a little shiny, but think I'm just going to replace the pads eventually.

Re: Then & Now

Thanks guys!

It smelled like paint for the first day...maybe. I didn't really drive it until the next day to work.

Re: Then & Now

I bet you were all giggly sniffing the paint while driving. I would have been.

Re: Then & Now

LOL! I get giggly driving it everyday, especially when I see the interior.

Nah, it wasn't too bad. The smell was gone by the next day when I had to go to work.

Thanks for the compliments.

Anyone else have before and after pictures to share?

Re: Then & Now

Toying around the idea of heads sometime. My boyfriend's race car has a turbo and his street car is in the middle of getting turbo'd and he toys with the idea of putting a turbo kit on mine. Nothing outta control. Would be fine with me. LOL.
