| rear quarter panel how do I remove the rear quarter panel on my Ranger? its way to rusted to bondo.

| It is an involved process of taking out the seams on the inside of the bed....also where the quarter panel meets the front of the bed......Its a pain in the ass....I would just spend the money and get a new bed!!!

| okeydoke, guess when I go to the salvage yard to pick up an oil cooler, Aerostar grill and an 5.0 throttle body I will just pick up an new bed too. thanks for the info.

| If I were you, I would look at getting a splash(sport side) bed . Though narrower, it has fiberglass bed sides that will never ever rust. It is also a direct bolt on.

| a splash bed on an 89 ranger, no thanks, besides I need anouther metal bed so I can cut it up and custumize my subwoofer box thats going from the cab into the bed space.
