Beside locating a replacement, the best place is with a Haynes motorbook. The trick is getting the interior trim back to the way it was b4 you took it apart.

Once the door panel is off, it is pretty easy to change.....most are held in with just two fasteners. Some vehicles you need to hold window up when motor is out. Haynes or Chiltons are a great help.......I think they are even online.
