Thumbs up The power of................

I was just watching the local Fox tv station and a segment they have on is with "Guru Reports".
There test car is a Lotus, and they were discussing the wax that gets on the black trim and how it leaves a white stain.
Well a simple item that I'm sure we all consume does a-way with the white stain from wax.
Jiff peanut butter.
The next time I wax the Foci I will give it a try. It worked on the show. So it is worth the try. If someone trys it this week-end, give a report.

Peanut butter does work.....i've used it! With the bed caps that come on the ford trucks it's impossible not to get some on them.

Interesting. I bet it has something to do with the oil in the PB.

I didn't see that report. I guess that's something we can do with all that tainted peanut butter they had to pull from the shelves recently. LOL I wonder if it HAS to be Jiff, or if Peter Pan and GreatValue would works as well? I already took my jar back to the store, so I can't test those brands. And, I wonder if you have to use creamy or chunky, and would one work better than the other?

I used some Mothers product once. Back in Black. Or something like that. Sure enough there were some white streaks and a couple of months later it was like I did nothing at all.

Re: The power of................

Pretty sure it's the peanut oil. Unlike silicon based stuff it won't dry the plastic out. I don't like silicon, once you use it you better keep using it...not really good for rubber or plastics.
