door panel removal

ok in my 79 f 150 there are places for speakers in the door panel. how do you remove the plastic door panel? i know you have to take off the window crank how about the arm rest and door handle? whats the easiest way to release the clips? do you just need to pop off the panel by prying on it? also anyone know what size the speakers are?

not sure on the clips but i've taken a lot fo chevy panels off and you need to take the arm rest off and window crank then you know how the panel folds on the indside of the door.....you should be able to pull up and pry "gently" on a few spots until it comes loose..then pull it out and around the door handle..... be carefull being old panels they crack easy
