thats interesting how ghost flames are winning. i just stuck em in there for no reason really lol. but they do look pretty cool. anyone know about how much it is for ghost flames? are they pretty expensive or not too bad?

well actually i came up with a new idea ima go with probably. ima get two tone and have top black and bottom silver kind of like the harley davidson truck. then have a piece of chrome seperating the two or maybe a graphic or pinstripe.

nice touch on the paint idea Josh... if you go with the black and silver, do 2 pin stripes down the side (one black one silver) to compliment each other. Do the silver as the top stripe to off set the black paint, and the black stripe on the bottom to off set the silver paint. On a classic truck, I'd go with just a straight line stripe... maybe a little flare at the end near the rear fender, but straight other than that.

hey man I think if you get a paint job you either go big or go home. so why dont you get a paint job where on the front it either looks like the paint is peeling off and revealing either a gloss black finish or something else, or you could paint some scalops on it, scalops are like tribal flames but their not falmes thier just long spike lookin things that go back to like the end of the front fenders.

paint your truck like it is now. paint rust spots on it and everthing and then put like 12 coats of clear coat that would look sweet. seen one done up like that i think it was the taxi from midnight club but in real life looked pretty sweet

it will be a while before i get it painted so plenty of time to think. might not even get it now we are having a family war pretty much. was supposed to be done early mon and it is now late tuesday. hasnt been touched for a few days and it pisses me off. they new i had to have it ready today cause i wanted to drive it tomorrow and my dad just rolls over and says "its ok". might be selling my c 10 and look for a job and get a loan and buy myself something. thinking getting an old stang (60's-70's) or maybe a 90's stang. also thinking about a classic car and making it into a sleeper kind of. we will see in the next few days.
