typically how much to shave?

...i have a 2002 ford ranger 4x4 black i will be having pics on post pretty soon but i wanna shave the handles and doorlocks, typically how much do they charge at the shop to do this?and i would like to reverse the tailgate handle to the inside of it instead of outside.
