SD Topper

I am seriously thinking about getting a topper, instead of the Tonneau & tool box that I have now for my SD. I am liking the A.R.E. Z Series the best so far, because of the ability to get a rear wiper for it. I do not see this option with the others that I have looked at. Does anyone have any experience with this brand of Topper? Do you like it? How is the quality? Any complaints? Accolades? How is the seal? Do you have any problems with leaking? My next question is about storage. I have a toolbox now to keep my stuff organized. Where do you put it with a Topper? Is there a toolbox that can mount under the Topper? Are there Toppers that has built in storage? I really need your help on this one! Thanks in advance!

Hey how is it goin'!? I don't know much about A.R.E. but, I know LEER has a cool shell called the 100XQ. It comes carpet lined and the the side glass matches the SD glass. The glass has the same dip in it that the front door has. As far as seals, unless you get a bottom dollar shell(one with metal framed rear door), the seals are gonna be as good as the truck. You may want to get one for the tailgate too, to seal the truck completely.
LEER website
Hope that helps....

Yeah, I saw the Browning Edition, but you can't get a rear wiper with that. you CAN with the ARE Z Series. I am torn! I like the Browning Editon VERY much. I have looked at all kinds online! Thanks for your reply!

if the wiper is most imporant to you, get the one with a wiper.

you can make your own storage bins and stuff easily but it is hard to install a wiper.
