This is my poor atempt to show you what I am looking for. I have seen them before but cant find them. It is a bumper guard that goes from the bottom of the bumper to the top and then you put two lights on it. anyone know who makes them?

the pre-runner front bumper? I know fabtech offers one (www.fabtechmotorsports.com), and i think 4 Wheel Parts has one (www.4wheelparts.com) and truck performance might as well. (www.truckperformance.com)

Smittybilt(sp) makes a small gaurd like that. I'll try and get more info.

The above is a link to the fabtech one. I looked at Screws, and thats a bull bar and by your drawing i think you were talking about the prerunner bumper. Take a look. Not sure if they offer it in black.

i wanted the fabtech but i gotta keep my front plates.

i meant what screw was talkin about.. i saw one on an expedition the other day and it still had the front plate on it.

Hey there-
So, check out www.carr.com first of all - right on their front page is just what you're lookin' for.
The other thing is that you might be able to use a Fabtech bar or the like, just get one with out the skid plate. I have one on my Ranger and it worked out pretty good (after I got over drilling holes in my brand new bumper!) Only thing is the one I have may be too narrow for a F-150 - you'd have to call up Fabtech and ask them. Incidentally, the guys (and gals) at Fabtech are really cool and easy to talk to.
But I think the Carr light bar is right down your alley.....
