| 01 f150 problem I have a 2001 F150 4.2 liter. The problem I am having is that it is missing when you accelerate. It does it at all speeds cold or hot. It is not quite as bad on the highway but it still does miss when accelerating. I have replaced the fuel filter, plugs, wires, egr valve, mass air flow sensor. I have double checked the plugs and wires and still it has the miss. Also it runs smooth at idle. Any advice on where to go from here. Thanks Steve ![]() |
