cat back exhaust (gibson vs. magnaflow)

what do you think is better for the 2001 ranger with 4.0. the gibson or the magnaflow. and which one sounds better.

I personally will be installing a Gibson single sideswept for two reasons:
First I wanted a muffler that actually increases mid range torque.
Second, I wanted the quietest performance muffler available.
