Sounds good, i too hope to see some pics when ya start this, most people just drop a 302 in their ranger and explorer's (probably because it's easier and less modification). Good luck!

THE TRUCK IS AT A STAND STILL. THE SHOP THAT HAS THE MOTOR IS DICKING WITH ME. THEY ARE TRYING TO CHARGE ME 1500 FOR BORING, HONING, HOT TANK DIPPED, AND BLASTED. THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD DO IT FOR 800. SO I'M A TAD PISSED OFF.

Re: 99 RANGER WITH 351W TWIN TURBO

not really any updates. the truck is sitting. the motor is the only thing holding me back. i still have to chop the frame at the end of the cab and build the new one and do the front suspension. i have the turbos and the nitrous and all the lines are ran. new steel braided for the brakes and fuel lines. and nitrous. so just really waiting on the motor cant test the suspension with no motor so im stuck. the shop

Sounds like a great project. That thing is going to absolutely FLY when you get it done! Definitely going to be great fun to drive a truck like that. One of the better sleeper vehicles too... :)

Sounds like it'll be a beast once all is said and done. Too bad the shop is playing with you on the motor. Couple quick qustions.

1) What are your plans for this truck?
2) Why are you going with a 4.32 gear? This is the reason for ? #1.

Just trying to get a perspective of how this truck will be used. Good luck on your project though.
