intakes on the 4.0L

which intake flows better the intake on the rangers 4.0 or the intake on the explorer???

Don't know about the new ones, but until at least 2002 they had the same engines I believe.

Until 2001 the Ranger and the Explorer were built on the same platform.
So many pieces from the explorer, seats, consoles, etc are usually a bolt in.
Unfortunately for me, Ford chose to give the Explorer it's own platform in 2002.
