| 1968 F250 Steering conversion help I need to change the manual steering to power as my old arms are getting worn out. I need to know what parts I should try and score and from what vehicles can I get them from. Also anyone who has done this before I would love to avoid the pitfalls that you went through. |

| Re: 1968 F250 Steering conversion help Well if you can find a power steering box from any 67-79 F-250 it should bolt right on. I think even the 1/2 ton steering boxes are the same. You would also need a steering column from a p/s truck, all brackets and the pump to fit your engine. If you could find a parts truck to grab it all at once that would be the best choice. |
