Getting more horsepower in my 94" ford ranger?

Ok so ive doe some research and i cant find an air intake for my v4 2.3l ford ranger other then the True-Rev Max Induction which is currently out of stock can anyone help???PLEASE?!?!?!?!!?!?

1) For oil go to Mobil1 or Royal Purple.
2) Free up the exhaust with a good system, ie: Flowmaster.
3) A performance chip.
4) How many miles on the motor?
5) If its not a carb'd engine then change your MAF.

Just a few ideas. Hope that 1 or 2 will help.

Air in....air out. Headers, exhaust, intake. Advancing the timing a couple of degrees would help that one too. If injected, a larger mass air would help....if carbed maybe a little larger one. From the factory all vehicles are built with compromises, whether it be for noise or a certain mileage target.
