I know the bolt pattern is smaller on rangers compared to the 96 Ford truck and older. The ranger has a 4.5 bolt pattern as the 96 and older was a 5.5. The 97 and present trucks have a smaller bolt pattern but I only ever heard it called a 135mm. Why everything is gone to metric is beyond me. SCrew-EC says a svt lightning will bolt up so if that is the case so will the Harley rims.
