Welcome to the site dranger02. I have not done this but I know there is a few on this site that have. They should be able to answer all of your questions.

what year is your truck dranger02? 97 and before. you will need droped ibeams, notch the beams for tie rod clearance.
then not part of the frame for the pitman arm clearance.
then you will need a rasied transmisson crossmember, then out back a monster notch, and cut the bed. you will also need to cut your front fenders out. 98- up you will need to basily do the same thing but you will need upper and lower drop control arms not ibeams. any more question just ask for shoot me a p.m.

also try. www.rangerpowersports.com/forum a lot of bagged ranger guys on there and lots of useful info.

if your goin all out do the 4 link. on my ride i had 3" drop springs in the front and a flip kit with shackles in the rear to rise the rear up alittle bitonly problem with the springs was that they dropped me about 4.5 inches in the front and made me bow in on my tires alittle bit. that was the only problem i had, and actually it rode better low execpt over big bumps and i scraped my tranny x member. and i used my stock shocks as well no problems wit them either.

yeah jason at suicide door can build you one and would be your best price. ricky at 3rd shift customs can build you a tranny cross member. tell him joe from definite obsessions sent yeah.
like josh was saying about rubbing on bumps it all depends on your tire size and how low you are.
