i have dual airbags (not the suspension kind).... and when i start my truck up, for the first 5 minutes or so, my airbags off light stays on (next to the little selector under the dash) and then turns off.. i know i have them switched to on; what should i do? do you know if this is an electrical glitch, or should i have this checked out?

Thats the way they are supposed to be. Mine does the same thing and has since i bought it brand new. If you switch the passenger on to OFF (dont recommend), then the light will remain on untill you switch it back.

He is saying that with the switch in the "on" position that the light says it is "off" for like 5 minutes...then the light goes out. Your does that too?

I know in my truck that light comes on when I start it with all the other lights, but it is only light for maybe 5-10 seconds!
