Building Rollpan's for Explorer's...

Well since no one makes rollpans for Explorer's. I am building my very own. Also since I am doing that I am making a mold and will sell them to help out the Custom Explorer Comunity! Here are some of the build up pics. I will have the first one poped out of the mold this weekend!!! It has been a long time building this...

Here is how it all started with a loly block of foam...



Lots of hours and shaping later...



Then on to the molding process...

Here is the mold Poped, flipped, piped, and on collasable leged table...



Stands just the right hight to work on and the legs come out and it stores using little space...

yeah a full kit so i can look lower than i am so maybe if you could do somthing like a mini lightning kit that would look awsome i think

hell yeah i think that they would sell but make it look a little more aggresive than the lightning gotta make up for speed somewhere. but i think it would sel and then some man just a roll pan for the rear some side skirts and a mean bumper cover and gril combo. sweet.
