rebuilding my mustang.

I currently have a '87 Mustang sitting at my farm that I haven't drove in almost 2 years. I had an electrical problem and I got frustrated trying to diagnose it so I parked it. But now i need a project car and this is my plan.

'87 Stang
Currently - 2.3L EFI (tired and bagged), Tremec T5, Hatchback and tiny 7 or 7.5 rear end

Future - 427 SOHC (if i can find one) or stroked and possibly blown 460 (514ci after stroke), Tremec T5, gutted interior except for 2 aftermarket buckets, full roll cage, fuel cell and battery in back, beefed 4 link 8.8 rear end (gear ratio to be decided upon use), 150 shot nitrous (again depends on what motor i choose and how much power it's putting out), skinnies and slicks around, and custom dash to house all the gauges I plan on putting in.
I would like some feedback/thoughts on this.
