Ford pushes Escape Hybrid with 0 percent financing

It only affects Washington D.C. and California (two of the country's hottest hybrid markets for Ford), but it's a darn good deal. Spurred by slow sales of the Ford Escape Hybrid, Ford Motor Company has extended a sweet offer of 0 percent financing for 60 months. Elsewhere, Ford is trying to move the Escape Hybrid with an incentive of $1,000. Why just Cali and D.C.? Ford says it's because that's where the vehicle has the most potential.

Those spammers/computer generated things now getting into the forums? First I seen it in a forum. But anyway, that is a good deal for those area's I kinda like that idea of an SUV being more fuel efficient but an escape isn't a truck like either of the explorer's it couldn't do much work, so either way it would never really pay for me to ever invest in one but still cool.

Re: Ford pushes Escape Hybrid with 0 percent financing

I drove one of these the other day and it was very nice. So quiet at a stop light it was scary. You take off and you hear nothing till the motor clicks in after a couple of seconds

Re: Ford pushes Escape Hybrid with 0 percent financing

If you can take advantage of 0%, DO IT. Just a plain awesome deal that doesn't come around very often. All the advantages of paying cash, combined with the advantages of financing! The Escape hybrid looks nice. My buddy was looking at a normal Escape, but got turned off after a couple people thought it was a "girl car". Not sure that I agree with that.

thats really a very nice offer by ford and i am sure this is going to bring the sales very high.Unfortunately, i dont belong to the area where they are offering the deal otherwise i would never have missed the chance.

Re: Ford pushes Escape Hybrid with 0 percent financing

I've seen a lot of dealers offering the 0% financing now. Maybe it's not so rare! With the sinking auto economy, it seems that they just want to sell cars now! I even saw a commercial for 0% + a summers worth of gas free!

Re: Ford pushes Escape Hybrid with 0 percent financing

Yeah I have noticed that a lot of car companies are offering the 0% financing.

I test drove a Ford Escape Hybrid and I really liked it and with 0% financing it would be really good deal.

Re: Ford pushes Escape Hybrid with 0 percent financing

That stinks that it only covers those places. I understand they are there are more sales of hybrids in those areas, but they need to market to people where the gas prices are the highest, which is everywhere and not discriminate based on location. too bad for them.
