| my question is if i had a 95 ranger would ther ebe anyway i could fit a 302 in it with out geting any new adjustments. my big worrie is that the ranger would not be able to support the 302's power and distroy my rear end. would i have to readjust and add items to it to give the support or can it ba a simple swap with little adjustments! |

| I've done two 2WD 80's Rangers now, and haven't had any problems with the rear axel. Your biggest challange, is best location of motor in engine bay. I tried one forward, and one back, as in one has heater/fan box cut, and the other is forward enough that I didn't touch the heater/fan box. My Bronco II had a lift, so position of engine wasn't an issue. Next project is a 4X4 Ranger with 302. Best of luck, and ask lots of questions.
