1994 ford engine swap 5.0

I have a 1994 ford f150 the fireing order is 1-3-7-2-6-5-4-8

The engine i want to put into it is out of a 1989 lincoln town car its a 5.0 also
the fireing order is 1-5-4-2-6-3-7-8

Does anyone know if i could still use this engine? I know i will have to swap intake oil pan all that good stuff. But can i still use the distributor etc out of my 94 f150.

The distributor shouldn't make a difference. I am more concerned if your truck is mass air. If it is, the computer will fire the injectors in the sequence 13726548. This being said you would have to change the cam to the 13726548 firing order which is found on the 94 and up 302s.
