Anyone know of any good or bad alarm systems? As of my last paycheck I am now in the market. I would like an alarm with remote entry and remote start.

I am partial to Viper Alarm. I have had one break in, but nothing was lost except the cost of the window instead of my sub amp cd player and digital camera

im gonna put that on hold, i just bought a set of Carbon Fiber tail lamps.

i hear lojack is cheap but you gotta live in a certain area where the cops can track your car.

lojack isn't an alarm. It's a tracking system, as far as your question about the area, one of the cops that does security at the Sam's where I work, said they got a call from Chicago, about a guy that stole a car and was in the Dallas area. They tracked it to it's location, but it didn't have wheels stereo or seats.

dont get a prestige it has been a pain in my ass since i got it. there is some type of sensor or relay that you have to turn off and do all of this rerouting. need to take it to car toys to get them to fix the mess that they created (no offence zack)
