it is a substance that you insert into the engine through the throttle body (what i was told) and it cleans out all the carbon build up.here read this.

used it on my 77 to clean out all the carbo out of the motor.works great, can be addided to the fuel adn ran throught the fuel delivery system that way. i have used it on 2 cycles, motor cycles ,lawn mowers, not sure but think it can be used on diesels in smaal amout, since it could cause a run away motor.

I use Rxp. It does pretty much the same thing, but it's also an octane booster...

With the smoke and hard starts, I wouldn't try it myself. Sounds alittle extreme....i'll stick to regular pour in the tank injector cleaners. The only smoke from my truck I wanna see is from the tires!!

the somke comes from the product cause it has a lubriticity additive in it to help lube your injectors,or oncarb motor the accelerator pumpand other intenial workings of a carb.also the smoke is black and that makes me thinks it is carbon comming out of the motor.

got 2 more miles to the gallon on the 77 when i did it.

Yeah I believe that stuff will really clean out your engine. I just wonder if there is any damage to O2 Sensors or cat's on the older yet still computer controlled trucks...
