JBA offers two headers for 2000 and up rangers equipped with the vulcan 3.0l. (without EGR). They offer chrome and ceramic plated headers for about $529 and $749 respectively. If purchasing more than ten of the ceramic's I have seen/heard of prices down to $419 a set (plus shipping). The ceramics are the way to go for durability and to help reduce underhood temperatures.

This is a steal, and I would like to see who has real interest in a group buy. Not if you would like to have them, but if you are willing and able to buy this summer. Please let me know I am trying to build an interest on several forums.
