Changing oil?

How often does everyone change their oil? I change mine between 4 and 5 thousand.:smokin:

i usually change mine everymonth....i get oil cheap though so...yea prob around that btw i use synthetic

3k miles religiously even though I use synthetic. I know they say you can go longer with synthetic, but I don't understand that because the oil still gets dirty, and you still need to get it out of your engine.

2500 i do lots of extended idleing and lots of high rpm driving for long times. oil is cheap so why not change it.

every 3k but if i go on a long trip i change it before i go even if i put only 1k worth of miles on that oil

Isn't that kind of a waste using synthetic and changing every month? Or are you a high milage driver?

I barely get 1500 miles every 3 months. Heck, I bought my truck November 2002, and I still have just under 5000 miles.

geeze your a grandpa driver. work and back and your work is 1 mile away. man i bougt mine at the end of 01 and it had 34k on it now it has 62k almost 63k. its all those trips to houston i tell you and i drive everywhere
