I change mine every 3000, I use Castrol GTX Synthetic blend, I would us Synthetic but I heard that once you go to that you cant go back.

I work at Kwik Kat....Depending on how many miles you have on your car or truck whether its ok to go back and fourth using synthetic... if you want use its a great idea... little costly at times but worth it... try to use royal purple if you can.... mobile one at leaste. IF you used a basic oil though for lots of miles then i would be cautious using sythetics

Deuce on that 94 Pony which motor and how many miles? Have you touched the motor? Many miles per month do you put on it?

For conventional oil I really like Havoline. if you look at http://www.bobistheoilguy.com the nutts over there love it. For synthetic I like Vavloine Max Life Syn. the conventional is great as well. Especially in higher milage cehicles
