I finally did a real mod to the ol' truck.

I did my own exhaust in my buddys garage and all it cost me was time and a little frustration..

The hardest part was gettin all the old crusty exhaust pipe out.

I took about 8" out of the pipe right after the converter,put on a new muffler my buddy had layin around,and put a turn down right after the muffler. I must say it sounds pretty cool. Kinda has a growl to it when you accelerate hard. NOT RICE SOUND,BUT COOL SOUND.

In the near future I plan to change the turn down to exit from under the truck in front of the right rear tire,and replace the cat with a piece of pipe...:thumbsup:

next your gonna lower it, get wheels, a chip, intake, tweed interior, seat covers, bed cover, shave the handles, and put a killer sound system in it.

Well...I dont know about all of those mods ......hopefully some day.

I want to get bucket seats and a console next,but I think I'm goin to have to do something with the rusty floorboard first...hehe.

hmmmm...some nice eddie bower seats would be nice. And they would match my interior......hey,I can dream can't I.

do you have the 60/40 seats, you can get some stang seats or escort seats and they will slide right in

Good to hear Jas - what type of console are you going to put in? Will it be for storage or a changer, or are you going to build one for a sub?
