looking for new subs which should i get. l7s or the rockford hx2s

neither, I cant say this more, the eclipse titanium 12's are the shit, also the JL W7 are amazing, get the 13's for that one...

go with the L7's, i know somebody with L5's and in my opinion are much better and louder than rockfords, i used to own a pair rockfords. But you cant go wrong either way both are quality brands

i can't agree anymore!!! but if they are to expensive get the MTX Thunder 6000's!!! they are bad ass subs!!! that is what i have!!!

thats a badass box! and yea eclipse are some badass subs but very pricey. i was looking at some audiobahns but well na there not what i'mlooking for. the l7s are awesoem and are good at what i want but the matter is space! they take up alot of space and i have a single cab ranger and i'm 6ft. so i've decided to go with the rockford punch hx2s 12's, but i'm also picking the alpines swr-1241D 12s. so now i gotta decide between the 2.

JL Audio's quiltiy has taken a downward spiral. they are good just dont last too long anymore. i personally dont like r/f subs nor do i like kicker subs. i would recommend r/f amps though. personally i would recommend cerwin vega subs. they are fair priced, hit hard, can handle a good amount of power and just sound fantastic. a friend of mine has 2 CV 12s in his MarkVIII with a r/f amp powering each sub and it is very evil to say the least!

I'm a big fan of MTX, Eclipse, and the New Kicker soloberic L7's the square ones are bad as shit and put out alot of sound. I like the Rockfords too.

rochford has beem around a long time me personally i have orion xtr3 10's but gottem for a song but i has going to by to rockford punch tens a friend had till he blew them cause he put 2000 watts to them no good

i like the hig powered cerwin vegas, i like eclipse,kenwoods,rockford,the new kickers and alplines subs. i bought 3 pioneer 10s for my truck fairly cheap thru some friends and i was inpressed. they sound good and are clear and actually hit hard, mtx to me is ok. i like the subs but there amps are shit. they over heat like not other. i like rockford,us acoustics,kicker,aplines,pioneers and a couple mores amps.

rockford amps are the best in my opinion and they are the most reliable, jl audio is the best woofer on the market ,yesterday,today, tommorrow,! No one can touch a cpmpany that gets 7 patents on one design that rocks the world!but if you cant afford the W7's then the mpre affordable W3 still rock very well. Jus gotta give them adequite power!
