remember the nice box??? well i decided to customize it to fit perfect in my explorer!!! i am recarpeting it and adding an amp rack under the box!!! it is hard to explain but the pics coming soon will show you all!!! this pic is the box w/ out carpet!!!! the front is 7 layers of fiberglass..

I work for a company that manufacures polymers and i took on my first fiberglassing job and didnt quite look as nice as yours, mind you i tried to paint mine, i'd like to take on something a little larger like yours and still paint it but HATE sanding.

wow looks great. how hard does it hit?have you put an spl meter up to it to find your decibles yet? and i guess you might need a little bit o' dynomat with that!

no i haven't put it to a metter yet b/c i still need to dynomat the cargo area and i still need to get a alpine cd player!!! i am tired of the stock cd player... the guy who tuned my amp says my spl's should be around 143
