I recently purchased this :) Someone here should know what it is. I plan to be competing in SQ later this year. This should help me ;) Its known as the 5.0

not bad but probably gonnawanna get a little more than that. mei got a 600.2 power acoustik 1ohm series goin to my kicker s12l7 and a kole audio 1440 1ohm to the mids and highs

thats subject to popular belief :) this amp is rated at 12.5 watts x 2 @4ohms... Sounds generic correct? Well its considered a cheater amp because it is 1/4 ohm stable :) It gets up to 500 watts rms at 1 ohm. I know it still seems minor :) but wait till I finish it ;) Also I drive a std cab 96 ranger

You're all nuts! My poor car is fitted with it's stock standard sound system - and even I think that's too loud.

What is your total wattage? Are you planning on using batcaps?
